We are hiking the Foothills in the Boise surrounding area. All hikes are a moderate level, at times, we may have a strenuous short climb. This is a cardio hike, with all levels of hikers desiring to hike at a movement level of can do hills, steep grades and narrow trails, with rocks and other natural obstacles to maneuver. Hiking shoes/boots, poles/sticks, water, snacks and gloves/hats are required as part of your backpack/knapsack safety provisions. Everyone is responsible for their safety and emergency needs. NO ONE will be left behind. Please honor the hike is moderate to strenuous level.
